Nadia Leung is the founder and Managing Director of Tech on Track — a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years of experience leading complex IT programs across Australia and the United States. Nadia holds a Master's degree from Washington University in the USA and has delivered large-scale technology transformations at some of the world's most recognised organisations, including:
- Mastercard (USA)
- Telstra, Optus, and NBN(Australia)
- Accenture (global consultancy)
She founded Tech on Track to give Australian organisations direct access to that level of delivery expertise — without the overhead of a large firm. Tech on Track specialises in two services:
- Project Recovery - stepping in to stabilise technology projects that are over budget, behind schedule, or losing stakeholder confidence
- PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) - providing on-demand delivery leadership to organisations that need experienced project management without a full-time hire.

Nadia is the passionate driving force behind Tech on Track.
Nadia Leung — Founder & Managing Director
Nadia Leung founded Tech on Track after more than 25 years at the sharp end of complex technology delivery — the kind of programs where failure has real consequences for real organisations.
Her career spans two continents and some of the most demanding delivery environments in the world. After completing a Bachelor of Computer Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Information Management at Washington University, Nadia built her expertise across a decade as a technical solutions consultant specialising in CRM, ERP, and cloud infrastructure — before moving into program leadership and obtaining her PMP certification in 2008.
She has worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture, and delivered and recovered complex technology programs at Mastercard (USA), Telstra, Optus, NBN, APA Group, and AEMO. The programs she has led span enterprise ERP implementations, large-scale billing transformations, cloud migrations, and national infrastructure rollouts — many of them rescued from distress after others had failed to stabilise them.
That experience is the foundation of the Tech on Track SWITCH Framework™ - A six-phase IT program recovery framework - proprietary, proven, and built specifically for the complexity of Australian technology programs. SWITCH was not designed in a workshop. It was built from 25 years of understanding exactly what causes complex programs to fail, and exactly what it takes to bring them back.
